Architecture

Good architecture creates the basis for a good life. Good architecture contributes positively to sustainable social development. Good architecture is pleasing to the eye and fine for the mind.

Interior Architecture

In LINK, we have 50 interior architects who are ambitious to create an environment that inspires people's everyday lives and contributes to a good quality of life. We facilitate interaction between people and create spaces that nurture work and learning, play and joy, concentration and inspiration.

Landscape

LINK represents one of the foremost environments within Landscape Architecture in Scandinavia. In 2021 the studio was honored as «Best Scandinavian Landscape Architecture Office» *. Our ambition is to create multifunctional, inclusive outdoor spaces that enrich biological diversity and make the environment more resistant to climate change.

Sustainability

Sustainability is no longer about making less bad choices, but about maximising the positive impact. We have analysed the societal challenges that offer the greatest opportunity for us to contribute to UN's global goals for sustainable development, and defined how they can be applied in projects.

Transformation

Architecture is about transforming the context of cities, places, or buildings to be preserved and filled with new life; to convert existing buildings and areas to better utilization and new functions. To give old buildings a boost and fill them with new content. A change for the better.

Culture

It is every architect's big dream to create a good framework for the dissemination of art, culture, and creativity. In LINK, we have experience with a wide range of cultural buildings, from tourist attractions and multi-purpose premises to museums and churches.

Education

It is a great responsibility to design the teaching building of the future, which will both provide prerequisites for learning and at the same time meet requirements for environmental and social sustainability. We have experience with many learning arenas, from kindergartens to schools and universities, many of which have been honoured with important architectural awards.

Hospitals

LINK has planned and projected close to 2 million square meters of hospital buildings over the past 25 years. This makes us specialists in complex, large-scale projects. Today we are the market leader in Scandinavia in hospital buildings.

Residential

Every year we have approx. 400–500 housing assignments underway in Scandinavia - all with high architectural quality, adapted to tomorrow's modern buyers. Together with private and public actors, we develop entire residential areas, large and small, both new establishments and rehabilitation.

Urban Development

LINK's urban planners and spatial planners have solid early-stage expertise and extensive experience in creating suitable urban spaces that promote inclusion in society. We lay the foundations for sustainable urban planning measures with a strong ambition to help carry the green shift.

Consulting and process management

We solve the projects seamlessly throughout the process, from the early phase to the finished project, whether it is urban development, real estate development, or product development. Our interdisciplinary environment covers all disciplines within architecture. We work closely with external partners in the process to ensure value-creating projects of high architectural quality.
