Attractive office space with 100% recycled interior design
More efficient office space, additional rooms for digital meetings, and space for social zones – that was the task when we designed Incoord's new office, with a goal of achieving 100% recycling.
When Incoord reduced its office space from approximately 2,500 sq m to 1,700 sq m, we were hired to create efficient, social and pleasant premises.
The office accommodates 130 people, each with their own workplace, in open workspaces and features a large number of focus rooms and touchdown areas. The goal of the project was to create a cohesive work environment, designed based on Incoord's values and working methods, with a focus on sustainability and a good indoor climate for ventilation, sound, and light. To meet this need, we designed, among other things, a larger, more cosy, and multifunctional break room where both large meetings and coffee breaks can take place. We reworked the floor plan and created a new design for the premises as a whole.
The furniture selection was characterised by a strong sustainability vision, where we strived for 100% recycling by recycling a large part of existing furniture and supplementing with "new" recycled loose furnishings where needed. This included both furniture and textiles, which contribute to a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing working environment.
