The project demonstrates how clear architectural strategies and strong interdisciplinary collaboration can ensure quality, flow, and execution in a turnkey contract of this size.

Nordic material palette and sustainability in practice

The project combines light, air, and Nordic materials with innovative solutions for reuse and circularity. Wood plays a central role both aesthetically and functionally – from reused handrails transformed into block flooring in the glass hall staircase and auditorium, to impressive timber structures in the glass hall. The building is certified BREEAM-NOR Excellent, a quality mark that documents strict environmental standards and long-term sustainability.
