Hotel Stureplan, Stockholm

The new hotel is housed in two beautiful, old and listed buildings in the center of Stockholm. The two buildings have interiorly been almost completely rebuilt. A new restaurant has also been built in an extension on the ground floor at one of the two existing backyards.

Except for the 100 hotel rooms, the project concists of restaurant, Champagne bar and some shops located at the ground floor. A public lounge and library area has been located in the middle of the hotel as a complement together with an exclusive single conference room at the top. The buildings in themselves have exteriorly been just carefully renovated with new plaster (backside facades) and new windows under the roof.

Hotel Stureplan was awarded winner in the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2012 and finalist in theBoutique Hotel Awards 2008,in the category Best Design Hotel.
